Crestview Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic that treats urgent, non-emergency, patient needs. Appointments are not needed, and our goal is to have you in and out in less than an hour. 

Crestview Urgent Care in Okaloosa County has been in business since 2009. We are a proud member of the Crestview area Chamber of Commerce and happy to be serving the Crestview Community. We are conveniently located on S Ferdon Blvd. behind Dunkin Donuts.

T.Steven Noggle, MD

Dr. T. Steven Noggle is board certified in family medicine with substantial clinical experience in emergency medicine. Additionally Dr. Noggle has extensive administrative experience serving as an emergency department director, emergency services director, and medical director for urgent care. He was honorable discharged from the USAF serving our country as a Major.


Charles Clancy, PA-C

PA Clancy loves the look of relief on a parents face when he is able to ease the pain and suffering of their child. As a parent, he is fully aware of the frustration often associated with long wait times and high cost of Health Care. PA Clancy always endeavors to provide the same high quality and expeditious Health Care each and every shift that he would expect for his own children. PA Clancy considers it a personal challenge to get at least one smile from even the sickest of his Pediatric patients."


Bogan McQuigg PA-C

PA McQuigg Served for 28 years in the US Navy, 20 years as a corpsman. He graduated from George Washington University in 1993. Through Naval school of health sciences in San Diego California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences then served Eight years as a PA. Started working in ERS in 1994 through 2014. Graduated University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1995 with a master's degree in emergency medicine


Kyle Cooper PA-C

Pa Cooper loves being a PA because he honestly loves helping people! He loves working here at Niceville/Crestview/Perdido Urgent care because it’s like being part of a family who loves to help people and fill the gap between primary care and emergency care treatment!
